STS Global Income & Growth Trust PLC has announced the repurchase of 125,000 of its own shares at an average price of 226.1 pence per share, which will be held in Treasury. Following this buyback, the company’s issued share capital totals 129,802,415 Ordinary Shares, excluding those held in treasury. This buyback is part of the company’s effort to manage its capital effectively.
