SpareBank 1 SMN ( (SRMGF) ) has provided an update.

Fremtind Holding Group, 51.44% owned by SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS, delivered a substantial increase in profitability year-to-date, posting NOK 4,864 million in profit before tax and NOK 3,662 million after tax, with fourth-quarter profits also higher than the previous year. As a result of its indirect ownership through SpareBank 1 Gruppen, SpareBank 1 SMN recorded NOK 367 million as its share of Fremtind Holding Group’s profit after tax for 2025, up from NOK 215 million a year earlier, strengthening the bank’s earnings contribution from insurance operations and underscoring the growing financial importance of its stake in Fremtind for shareholders and other stakeholders.
