Strix Group Plc, a leader in kettle safety control design and manufacture, announced that all proposed resolutions were approved at their Annual General Meeting on June 20, 2024. Shareholders showed strong support, with most resolutions passing by an overwhelming majority, although resolution 5 concerning the reappointment of Mark Kirkland as a Non-Executive Director faced nearly 37.19% opposition. In response, the Board plans to engage with shareholders to address any concerns regarding the contentious vote.
