Strix Group Announces Successful Share Placement

Strix Group (GB:KETL) has released an update.

Strix Group PLC successfully completed a placement of 10,935,700 new ordinary shares at 80 pence each, raising gross proceeds of approximately £8.7 million, without discount to the market price. This move, executed by joint bookrunners Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited and Zeus Capital Limited, is set to expand the company’s issued share capital by 5% post-Admission. Strix, a global leader in kettle safety control design and manufacturing, is reinforcing its financial position through this strategic market initiative.
