Strix Group PLC has notified a major change in share ownership as Víctor Urrutia Vallejo, through entities including Asúa Inversiones, S.L. and Rentabilidad 2009 SICAV, has crossed a threshold of voting rights, now holding a total of 6.651% in the company. The notification details a transaction resulting in a combined direct and indirect voting rights position of 15,288,560 shares as of June 12, 2024.
