StrikePoint Gold Inc. has successfully completed its second and final tranche of a private placement, raising a total of CAD $2,004,750 for its exploratory drilling program and other capital needs. The offering consisted of over 50 million units, each including a common share and a purchase warrant, with proceeds primarily allocated to the Cuprite Gold Project. The company paid finder’s fees and issued finder’s warrants as part of the financing, which also involved insider participation under certain exemptions.
