Strike Resources Limited (SRK) has requested a trading halt on its securities, pending a significant market announcement from Lithium Energy Limited (LEL) regarding the sale of its Solaroz Lithium Brine Project in Argentina, a major asset materially impacting SRK’s investment in LEL. The halt will remain in effect until the announcement is made or until normal trading resumes on Wednesday, 1 May 2024.
