Stride Property Group boosts employee equity with new shares and rights

The latest update is out from Stride Property Group ( (NZ:SPG) ).

Stride Investment Management Limited, part of Stride Property Group, has issued 958,150 new stapled securities to executives and other employees under its employee share incentive schemes. This equity issuance represents approximately 0.17% of total stapled securities on issue and is intended to align staff interests with those of shareholders.

The company has also granted a total of 2,961,487 rights to ordinary shares in Stride Investment Management Limited and Stride Property Limited to executives and employees. These rights form part of the FY27 long term incentive plan, FY26 short term incentive compensation, and FY27 fixed remuneration, and are generally subject to vesting conditions tied to continued employment through March 2028.
