Dr. Craig R. Barrett has decided to retire and will not seek re-election to the board of directors at Stride, Inc.’s upcoming annual meeting. His departure is amicable, with no disagreements over company operations, policies, or practices cited. Following his retirement, the board size will be reduced to eight directors. James J. Rhyu, the current CEO, is set to take over as Chair of the Board, with Steven B. Fink stepping in as the lead independent director.
