StreaksAI PLC, a UK-based generative AI platform, has successfully raised £75,000 through the issuance of 75 million new ordinary shares priced at £0.001 each. This strategic move, involving a related party transaction with Roundhouse Media Pte Ltd, will see the shares admitted to the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market by November 27, 2024. The company’s share capital will now consist of 453,732,535 ordinary shares, enhancing its market position.
