Strathmore Plus Raises Funds for Uranium Exploration

Strathmore Plus Energy Corp. (TSE:SUU) has released an update.

Strathmore Plus Energy Corp. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $1,419,550 through the sale of over 2.8 million units. The company plans to use the proceeds for working capital and to advance the exploration of its uranium properties in Wyoming. Additionally, Strathmore has settled $119,000 of debt with insiders and consultants by issuing more units, subject to regulatory hold periods.
