Strategic Resources ( (TSE:SR) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Strategic Resources has amended the terms of its previously announced C$10 million non-brokered private placement, planning to issue up to 40 million units at C$0.25, each comprising one common share and a half warrant exercisable at C$0.40. The financing is structured as a listed issuer financing exemption offering for up to 29.5 million units and a concurrent private placement for up to 10.5 million units targeting accredited and eligible investors in Canada, the United States and certain offshore jurisdictions.
Closing is expected around April 15, 2026, subject to customary conditions and TSX Venture Exchange approval, and may occur in multiple tranches with potential finders’ fees and warrants. Net proceeds will fund advancement of Strategic Resources’ iron ore pellet plant development, including final engineering and construction readiness for the BlackRock Project, and provide general working capital, underscoring the company’s push to advance its role in critical mineral supply chains.
