Strategic Energy Resources Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for shareholders to be held virtually on 16 July 2024 at 11:00am AEST. Shareholders will not receive physical meeting materials unless requested, with electronic copies available on the company’s and share registry’s websites, as well as via email for those who have opted for electronic communication. Shareholders are urged to lodge proxy forms electronically in advance of the EGM.
