Strategic Elements Plans New Securities Issue

Strategic Elements Ltd (AU:SOR) has released an update.

Strategic Elements Limited has announced a new placement or other type of issue with a proposed issue date of August 12, 2024. The company plans to issue a maximum of 3.5 million unlisted options, exercisable at 6 cents and expiring three years from the date of issue, subject to a prospectus. The announcement was made to the ASX, with the intention of having these new securities quoted on the exchange.
