Strategic Elements Ltd ( (AU:SOR) ) has issued an announcement.
Strategic Elements reported a March quarter marked by continued technical work on its Energy Ink energy cell platform, the rollout of Stealth Technologies’ EdgeiQ system at an underground gold mine in Western Australia and early scoping for its Cognition Engines AI venture. The company emphasised that Energy Ink remains at an early stage with significant technical and commercial hurdles, while EdgeiQ’s mine deployment, defence engagement and pilot programs are being used to validate performance and refine potential commercial pathways.
Operating under its federally regulated Pooled Development Fund structure, Strategic Elements highlighted the tax-advantaged, patient-capital model it uses to support Australian SMEs and pursue new high-potential technologies through collaborations with universities and research bodies. The group ended the quarter with A$2.87 million in cash, no debt and modest net expenditure, leaving it well positioned to fund its existing ventures and respond flexibly to new opportunities within Australia’s innovation ecosystem.
