Straker Translations Ltd. has reported a change in the interests of director Grant Straker, disclosing that he has acquired an additional 165,100 ESOP options, as per the terms approved at the 2024 Annual Meeting. The options were issued at no cost with an exercise price of $0.46 each, and following this transaction, Grant Straker now holds 1,054,700 ESOP options directly, in addition to his indirect holdings through the Airborne and Azriel Trusts.
