Straker Director Increases Shareholdings

Straker Translations Ltd. (AU:STG) has released an update.

Straker Translations Ltd. has disclosed a change in the director’s interest, revealing that Director James Johnstone, through indirect holdings, acquired 11,446 ordinary shares in an on-market trade, valued at $5,077.74. Following this transaction, Johnstone’s interest in the Carluke Investment Trust increased to 26,446 shares, with no change in his 25,000 shares held through Jayen Super.
