Straco Corporation Limited announced that their Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on April 29, 2024, resulted in unanimous shareholder approval for all proposed resolutions, including the adoption of the Straco Share Option Scheme 2024. The resolutions passed involve granting options to key management personnel and the authority to offer options at a discount under the new scheme. The polling results reflected overwhelming support, with the percentages in favor ranging from 98.37% to 99.75% for the various resolutions.
