Storm Exploration Inc. has completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $310,500 by issuing 6,210,000 units at $0.05 each, with additional warrants attached. The proceeds from the placement, which included significant participation from the company’s officers and directors, will bolster StormEx’s general working capital. The newly issued shares and any acquired through warrant exercise will be subject to a four-month hold period.
