Storm Exploration Targets $300K in Private Placement

Storm Exploration Inc (TSE:STRM) has released an update.

Storm Exploration Inc. is set to raise up to $300,000 through a non-brokered private placement at $0.05 per unit, with each unit comprising one common share and a half warrant. The funds from this capital raise will be used as general working capital. The offering, which is open to specific investors including existing shareholders as of March 8, 2024, does not have a minimum subscription amount but is capped at the maximum proceeds and will be subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
