Storm Exploration Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $1.6 million, with plans to issue both standard and flow-through units, each accompanied by a warrant. The proceeds will finance the advancement of the company’s gold and base metal properties in northern Ontario as well as support general working capital needs. This offering is available to certain shareholders and investors, with the potential for oversubscription at the company’s discretion.
