Storagevault Canada (TSE:SVI) has released an update.
StorageVault Canada Inc. has announced plans to expand its portfolio by acquiring two storage locations for a total of $43 million, with the transaction expected to finalize in May 2024. These acquisitions will be financed through available cash and first mortgages, under customary closing conditions. The company, a prominent player in the storage space with 244 locations, specializes in storage and logistics solutions as well as records management services.
