StorageVault Expands Services with Strategic Acquisition

Storagevault Canada (TSE:SVI) has released an update.

StorageVault Canada Inc. has expanded its records management and shredding services by acquiring Western Archives and Northern Archives for $6 million, enhancing its RecordXpress division’s reach in Alberta and marking its entry into Canada’s northern territories. This strategic move boosts their recurring customer base and assets, including additional storage capacity and equipment, funded through existing cash reserves. StorageVault, which operates numerous storage locations nationwide, continues to pursue growth through acquisitions and organic expansion.
