Storagevault Canada (TSE:SVI) has released an update.
StorageVault Canada Inc. is set to expand its portfolio with the acquisition of two properties in southern Ontario for $71,500,000, aiming to close the deal by the end of Q3 2024. The company has already successfully acquired two other locations earlier this year, bringing its total acquisitions to $204,500,000 for fiscal 2024. Once the latest purchase is finalized, StorageVault will operate 250 storage locations nationwide.
