Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust has announced the completion of its ownership transition, with Stoneweg Icona Capital Platform becoming the new sponsor and substantial unitholder. This change will also bring a name shift to Stoneweg European REIT and Stoneweg EREIT Management Pte. Ltd., effective from January 2025.
