Stoneweg European Real Estate Investment Trust ( (SG:SET) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust reported a 1.5% year-on-year increase in first-quarter 2026 distributions per security, underpinned by 2.3% like-for-like net property income growth and stable 92.8% occupancy, even as headline revenue dipped due to prior-year divestments. The trust continued to tilt its portfolio toward higher-yielding logistics and light industrial assets, achieving 3.7% like-for-like NPI growth in that segment and maintaining investment-grade credit ratings with high interest-rate hedging.
Management redeployed capital into a modern Dutch logistics facility and a €50 million mandatory convertible loan to AiOnX’s data centre development fund at a blended yield of 6.7%, which is above its cost of debt and accretive to pro-forma distributions. Trading at a roughly 22% discount to net asset value but offering one of the highest dividend yields among Euro and Singapore-listed logistics and data centre REIT peers, SERT is positioning itself as a high-yield vehicle with embedded data centre growth and robust sustainability credentials designed to attract tenants and capital partners.
The most recent analyst rating on (SG:SET) stock is a Buy with a EUR1.90 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Stoneweg European Real Estate Investment Trust stock, see the SG:SET Stock Forecast page.
