StoneCo Ltd. has announced the early tender results for their offer to purchase and consent solicitation, revealing that 58.91% of the senior notes due in 2028 were tendered by the deadline. The offer will remain open until July 30, 2024, after which the accepted notes will be paid on the final settlement date, anticipated to be around July 31, 2024. Additionally, StoneCo has received the necessary consents to execute proposed amendments to the indenture governing the notes.
