StoneCo Ltd. has successfully concluded a tender offer and consent solicitation for its 3.950% Senior Notes due in 2028, with approximately 58.91% of the outstanding principal amount being tendered. Payments for the tendered notes are scheduled for the final settlement date around July 31, 2024. In conjunction with the tender offer, StoneCo also obtained the necessary consents to enact proposed amendments to the indenture governing the notes.
