Stockland has announced that Robert William Johnston has been appointed as a director of the company as of October 1, 2024. Upon his appointment, Johnston does not hold any securities in the company, as per the Initial Director’s Interest Notice submitted to the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.1. Additionally, Johnston has no relevant interests in any contracts with Stockland.
