STM Group PLC and Jambo SRC Limited have agreed to extend the deadline for their acquisition arrangement to September 30, 2024, due to pending regulatory approvals. Shareholders of STM previously approved the buyout scheme, which aims for Bidco to acquire all outstanding STM shares. The acquisition process is ongoing, with positive engagement reported between Bidco and regulatory authorities in Gibraltar and Malta.
