STLLR Gold ( (TSE:STLR) ) has shared an announcement.
STLLR Gold reported the first assay results from its 2026 drilling program at the Jonpol Deposit within the Tower Gold Project, highlighted by a high-grade intercept of 16.52 g/t gold over 5.85 metres and another interval of 1.46 g/t over 22.65 metres. These near-surface results exceed current average open-pit grades at Jonpol, reinforcing the geological model and indicating potential to expand higher-grade mineral resources.
The 2026 program, comprising roughly 8,000 metres of drilling in its first half, is aimed at extending Jonpol’s open-pit strike length from 400 metres to about 1,200 metres and de-risking the resource through infill drilling. Management says success could materially enhance Tower’s production profile and project economics by enabling earlier access to higher-grade open-pit mineralization, strengthening STLLR’s position in the Timmins gold camp and potentially benefiting future stakeholders in the project.
The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:STLR) stock is a Sell with a C$1.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on STLLR Gold stock, see the TSE:STLR Stock Forecast page.
