SThree plc successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting, where all proposed resolutions were approved by shareholders, including the election and re-election of directors and special business resolutions. Additionally, the company declared a final dividend of 11.6 pence per share. Following the meeting, SThree confirmed the appointment of Sanjeevan Bala as a non-executive director, and the step down of Barrie Brien from the same position.
