Sterling Group Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of its joint company secretaries, Mr. Kwong Lun Kei Victor and Mr. Yiu Chun Wing, effective December 31, 2024. Both individuals have confirmed there are no disagreements with the board or outstanding issues to report. Mr. Wong Sai Hung, a practicing solicitor and law firm partner in Hong Kong, has been appointed as the new company secretary.
