Steppe Gold Limited, a leading precious metals company in Mongolia, has amended its gold prepay agreement with Triple Flag International Ltd., securing an additional US$5 million to enhance liquidity. The funds will be repaid over a five-month period starting August 15, 2024, with monthly gold deliveries totaling 2,650 oz. This financial move supports the company through the post-winter production phase and the ongoing acquisition of Boroo Gold.
