Steppe Gold Announces Key Board Reorganization

Steppe Gold Ltd. (TSE:STGO) has released an update.

Steppe Gold Ltd. announced board adjustments with the resignation of director Matthew Wood, one of the company’s founders, and the addition of its President Byambatseren Tsogbadrakh to the board. To settle outstanding amounts owed to Wood, the company plans to issue 2 million common shares at $0.78 each, pending regulatory approvals. This change comes as the company prepares for the upcoming acquisition of Boroo Gold and aims to refresh its board.
