Stelux Holdings International Limited announces a change in leadership with the resignation of Ms. Hui Ka Wai as company secretary, while Ms. Liao Ching Mei and Mr. Suriyan Kanjanapas step in as the new company secretary and authorised representative, respectively, effective October 16, 2024. Ms. Liao, bringing over two decades of financial management experience, reclaims her role as company secretary, having previously served in 2021. The board extends its gratitude to Ms. Hui for her contributions.
