Stelrad Group PLC has successfully completed a capital reduction, as previously outlined in their 2021 prospectus and Annual Report, by reducing the nominal value of each share from £1 to £0.001 without altering the total number of shares or shareholder rights. This strategic move was court-approved on January 25, 2022, and has not affected the company’s net asset position or involved any repayment of share premium.
