Stellar Resources Limited’s Director, Andrew Boyd, has updated his shareholdings, acquiring 25,666,875 indirect performance rights post the approval at the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting on August 9, 2024. This significant change in director’s interest has left his direct shareholding unchanged at 3,000,000 shares, while his indirect holdings now include over 28 million shares and options, with the performance rights being issued at no cost to him.
