An update from Stellar Resources Limited ( (AU:SRZ) ) is now available.

Stellar Resources has reported significantly improved metallurgical testwork results for the Queen Hill deposit at its Heemskirk Tin Project in Tasmania, showing a clear path to tin recoveries above 70% versus earlier studies at about 62.7%. The upgraded flowsheet, incorporating ore sorting, gravity regrind and magnetic separation, is delivering higher recoveries, upgraded mill feed and saleable concentrates grading 42–49% tin, while also cutting energy, reagent use and environmental footprint.

These improvements, together with earlier strong results at the Severn deposit indicating potential recoveries around 75% with 45–50% tin concentrate, will be integrated into the project’s ongoing prefeasibility study and cost estimates. With Queen Hill scheduled early in the mine life and resource drilling at Severn nearing completion ahead of an updated mineral resource in the June quarter, the enhanced processing performance is expected to strengthen project economics and underpin preliminary offtake discussions for high-payability tin concentrate.
