Stellar AfricaGold Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $600,000 through the issuance of 12 million units at $0.05 each, which includes a share and a purchase warrant. The funds raised will support community engagement, mapping, and sampling on the company’s Zuénoula gold exploration permit in Côte d’Ivoire, as well as debt settlement and general corporate purposes. Notably, company insiders will be subscribing for a significant portion of the placement, which is already fully subscribed.
