Stellar AfricaGold Completes $600K Private Placement

Stellar AfricaGold (TSE:SPX) has released an update.

Stellar AfricaGold Inc. successfully completed a non-brokered private placement raising $600,000 through the issuance of 12 million units at $0.05 each, with each unit consisting of a share and a purchase warrant. The proceeds are designated for debt settlement, community engagement initiatives, and exploration activities at the company’s Zuénoula gold project in Côte d’Ivoire, as well as for general working capital. The private placement, which also involved an insider transaction, is aimed at bolstering the company’s financial position.
