Stellantis N.V. reported first-quarter 2026 results on April 30, showing a return to profitability as net revenues rose 6% year over year to €38.1 billion, driven mainly by higher volumes in North America and gains in Europe and the Middle East & Africa. Net profit swung to €0.4 billion from a loss a year earlier, while adjusted operating income climbed to €1.0 billion with a 2.5% margin and most regions in positive territory.
Industrial free cash flow remained negative at €1.9 billion but improved 37% versus Q1 2025 despite significant cash outflows linked to second-half 2025 charges, and liquidity stayed robust at €44.1 billion, within the company’s targeted range. Stellantis further bolstered its balance sheet in March 2026 by issuing €5 billion in hybrid perpetual notes and reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance for higher net revenues, better margins and improved industrial free cash flow, underscoring management’s confidence in a gradual, sustainable recovery trajectory.
