Stelco Holdings Inc. has scheduled a special meeting on September 16, 2024, for shareholders to vote on the proposed acquisition of the company by Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. Shareholders will consider an offer that combines cash and shares of Cleveland-Cliffs stock for each Stelco share. The company’s Board of Directors unanimously recommends approval of the arrangement.
