Steelcase Shareholders Back Incentive Plan and Board Decisions

Steelcase (SCS) just unveiled an update.

On July 10, 2024, Steelcase Inc.’s shareholders approved a versatile Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) during their annual meeting, enabling the company to issue various stock-based awards to its employees, directors, and certain other individuals. The plan reserves over 3.36 million shares of Class A Common Stock for these incentives, with additional shares available from expired or forfeited awards. Shareholders also voted decisively on proposals regarding the election of board members, executive compensation, and the ratification of the company’s independent auditor, displaying strong support for management’s strategies and governance.
