Steadright Secures New Silica Project in Quebec

Steadright Critical Minerals, Inc. (TSE:SCM) has released an update.

Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. has successfully completed the acquisition of 1302990 B.C. Ltd., a company that holds the Saint Gabriel Project with valuable silica claims in Quebec, Canada. The deal was finalized with an exchange of 5.5 million common shares at $0.05 each. The transaction enhances Steadright’s portfolio, adding to its existing RAM property project in Quebec which targets nickel, copper, cobalt, and precious metals exploration.
