Steadright Critical Minerals, Inc. (TSE:SCM) has released an update.

Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. has successfully completed a private placement, securing $160,000 for the exploration of mineral properties and general working capital for 2024. Despite abandoning its Life Offering at 0.05 cents, the company’s offering includes shares and warrants with the potential for investors to purchase additional shares at a set price within 12 months. Steadright, which has been operational since 2019, focuses on the underexplored RAM property in Quebec, targeting nickel, copper, cobalt, and precious metals.
