Steadfast Group Limited ( (AU:SDF) ) has shared an update.

Steadfast Group reported strong 1H26 results, with underlying revenue rising 14.6% to $1.01bn, underlying EBITA up 12.6% to $293.6m and underlying NPAT up 7.3% to $137.5m, supporting a 6.9% lift in underlying diluted EPS and a 5.1% increase in the fully franked interim dividend to 8.2 cents. Statutory NPAT, including non-trading items, climbed to $127m, underscoring continued earnings momentum.

Growth in EBITA was driven by performance improvement initiatives at subsidiaries, contributions from acquisitions and tight expense management across the group. The Australasian broker network delivered 4.4% gross written premium growth to $6.4bn and 13% underlying EBITA growth, aided by bolt-on and step-up investments.

Steadfast’s underwriting agencies produced $1.2bn in gross written premium, up 3%, and $112.7m in underlying EBITA, with management emphasising underwriting discipline, active retention and efficiency gains to underpin a stronger second half. International operations swung sharply higher, generating $9.5m in underlying EBITA on the back of acquisitions such as HWS Specialty and Novum Underwriting Partners and strong organic growth in the ISU Steadfast network.

Alongside the financial performance, the board has commissioned an independent workplace culture diagnostic from EB&Co to assess how employees’ lived experience aligns with Steadfast’s stated values and leadership expectations. The review is intended to identify opportunities to strengthen culture and governance as the group continues to scale its domestic and international operations.

The most recent analyst rating on (AU:SDF) stock is a Buy with a A$6.30 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Steadfast Group Limited stock, see the AU:SDF Stock Forecast page.
