Stavely Minerals Limited has reported a significant increase in the interests of director Peter Ironside, who through indirect interests, acquired over 5.4 million ordinary fully paid shares, valued at $200,000. This change, which occurred on July 18, 2024, was part of a share issue connected to a placement approved by shareholders. The director’s total shareholding now includes more than 9 million shares in each of the two accounts managed by Ironside Pty Ltd and various unlisted options with expiry dates ranging from 2024 to 2026.
