Stavely Minerals Ltd. has disclosed a change in director Christopher Cairns’ interests, where he acquired 675,675 free attaching options expiring in December 2025 at $0.07, as part of his participation in a Placement. These options are additional to his direct holdings of over 4.5 million ordinary shares and other listed and unlisted options. No securities were disposed of in this transaction, which increased Cairns’ indirect holdings through Goldwork Asset Pty Ltd as well.
