State Gas Limited has successfully finalized its Retail Entitlement Offer, part of a broader accelerated entitlement offer, raising a total of $905,084. With the inclusion of this round, the overall funds amassed from the Placement, the Institutional Entitlement Offer, and the Retail Entitlement Offer reached approximately $5.25 million. The new shares from the Retail Entitlement Offer are anticipated to be issued and begin trading mid-September 2024.
